Refund Policy

You have the right to return all tea accessories within 14 days of receiving the order. It is not possible to return packaged or loose teas.

We only accept returns of tea accessories in their original condition and packaging.

In principle, the return costs are borne by you. The refund, including the invoiced shipping costs, will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at kontakt@avantcha.com, no later than 2 hours after you have placed your order. We will always make every effort to comply with your request, but cannot guarantee a successful cancellation after this period.
