How can I track my order?

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow its journey to your doorstep.

Can I amend or cancel an order after placing it?

As we aim to prepare your order swiftly, we cannot guarantee changes once it has been placed. However, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@avantcha.com, and we will do our best to assist.

How long does tea stay fresh?

When stored in a cool, dry place away from light and strong aromas, our teas retain their freshness and complexity for 12 to 24 months.

How many days until I receive my order?

What is your returns policy?

Our tea and blends are sourced directly from trusted gardens across the world, selected for their purity and character. Many carry organic certifications such as EU Organic, USDA Organic, and JAS Organic, and our packaging is designed to protect against air, moisture, light, and odour to preserve aroma, colour, and flavour. 

How do you guarantee the freshness of your tea and matcha?

Our teas are packed in airtight, light-resistant packaging to protect their integrity and preserve their vibrant taste until you’re ready to brew.

Business customers in Switzerland can conveniently order online. For deliveries to other countries, please select the desired shipping country in the country selection at the top of the page. Simply complete our Business Account Application Form. Our team will review your application and respond within one to three working days.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No — there are no minimums. Order as needed, as frequently as required.

How will I track my business order?
