In the kitchen, the flowers are often used as a natural food colouring to tint dishes and drinks in brilliant shades of blue or violet.

Cultivation & Processing

This White Silver Needle tea is cultivated in the high-altitude tea gardens of Guangxi Province. The young buds are handpicked in the spring before they open and then gently dried. This meticulous handpicking and careful processing contribute to the exceptional quality of this tea, which is then transported to beds of jasmine flowers for scenting.
