About Lushan Yun Wu
Lushan Yun Wu, a Chinese green tea also known as "Clouds and Mist," is one of China's most famous green teas. When brewed, this Yun Wu tea releases an aroma of red beans, which, as it cools, reveals sweet, fruity notes of passionfruit and lime. The taste opens with vegetal notes and transitions to a pronounced sweetness with a lingering, buttery-umami. Over multiple infusions, the tea reveals lighter, more floral nuances.
