A low astringency creates a balanced infusion with a long finish and sweet aftertaste.
About Long Jing
Long Jing is a roasted green tea from the area around the village of Longjing near the city of Hangzhou in the eastern Chinese province of Zhejiang. There are various definitions of Longjing; however, a common definition is that true Longjing must at least come from the Zhejiang province in China. Cultivation
Long Jing Ming Qian Dragon Well green tea is meticulously hand-processed, with the freshly picked leaves being wok-fried for about 20 minutes. This step halts oxidation, preserving the tea's green qualities. The delicate art of wok frying demands a high level of skill, so much of the processing is still done by hand.
